Decorated names are close to standard in BGMI lobbies, which is exactly why so many of them come out truncated.
The limit is 14 characters and symbols count, so the frames people copy from screenshots leave very little room.
Frames, letters and the limit
An ornate wrapper can take six of your fourteen characters. A seven letter base inside it fits, and a twelve letter base does not.
Squad prefixes take another three or four, so a squad running matching prefixes should keep the frames light.
Every change needs a Rename Card, and a refused string can cost you one, so testing first is worth the extra minute.
Reading it in the lobby
- Kill feed size is the real test, since a heavy frame turns into a smudge there.
- Letters converted to gothic are hard to tell apart at that size, while plain letters inside a frame stay clear.
- Keep the base short enough that the frame is not clipped at either end.
- Agree one format across the squad so four names line up rather than competing.
Tip: I spent a card on a heavily framed name and in the kill feed it showed as a symbol, three letters, and nothing else. The next one was eight plain letters with two small symbols, and people could actually read it.

This page styles text you already have. If you are still working out the name itself, a nickname generator covers that side, and it is easier to pick the words first and style them once at the end.
